Lothian endeavours to provide an inclusive service for bus travel in Edinburgh that is accessible to all.
For this reason, our bus drivers and customer service advisors receive training on a range of disabilities and our buses are designed with safety and accessibility in mind.
We also have a dedicated Accessibility and Inclusion Officer which means we are constantly reviewing and revising all aspects of our business.
If you have a disability or are over the age of 60, you are entitled to use our day services free of charge and can do so by showing our driver your up-to-date National Entitlement Card (NEC). To apply for an NEC please visit www.entitlementcard.org.uk .

We also understand that, for many, public transport is the only option.
