The service 113 runs 7 days a week from Pencaitland and Ormiston to the city centre and the Western General Hospital.

We offer three ticket types - single or day tickets are available from your driver and you can pre-purchase season tickets from Lothian Buses Travelshops.
We operate an exact fare policy. When you board the bus, please have the correct change for your fare as our drivers are unable to give change.
Our Zone System
East Lothian Buses uses a zone system for fares, running through Zones A, B and C out to Pencaitland. Check the map below to see the zones. Note that Lothian Buses DAYtickets, CITYSINGLEtickets and RIDACARDS can be used on the service 113, but only in Zones A and B.

Single tickets
An ELB single ticket is valid for one journey on 113 and is split into three simple zones: a, b and c (see map below).

At the time of publication, tramworks in Edinburgh City Centre mean that diversions are in place. Therefore the 113 runs via the green dotted line shown above (updated 15 September 2012). We will let you know of any changes via our website and at main City Centre bus stops.

How do I buy a RIDACARD?
- Download, print and complete the application form below, or pick one up from one of our Travelshops. Direct Debit customers should also complete Form 2.
- Pop into one of our Travelshops - Hanover Street, Shandwick Place, Waverley Bridge or Dalkeith.
- Choose your RIDACARD - (e.g. advance purchase or Direct Debit). A card issue fee (currently £3) is payable when a card is first issued or subsequently replaced
* Valid on all Lothian Buses except Service 98 and Tours. A discount is available on the NIGHTBUSES fare on production of a valid RIDACARD.
