Our Christmas Grotto Bus is Coming to a Place Near You

The Christmas Grotto bus will be driving around our operating area handing out small gifts to passengers to thank them for their support during the year.

Over the next two weeks the bus will visit local schools, Currie Primary and Woodlands School, as well as various other sites across the City. All locations will be revealed via our Twitter feed and Facebook page on the day.

Gifts will include DAYtickets, model buses, jigsaws and chocolate.  The first 5 people to get on the bus at each location will receive a weeks free bus travel*.

Our first stop will be Waverley Bridge on Monday 10 December. RIDACARD ambassador and pantomime star Grant Stott will also be there to say hello.

Ian Craig, managing director of Lothian Buses, says:

Our Christmas Grotto bus has been a huge hit at the Castle Street Market and as a result of this we wanted to give more of our customers the opportunity to get on board and see the grotto for themselves.

Lothian Buses would be nothing without the support and loyalty of our customers. We are delighted to be able to give them something back this Christmas.

The Grotto Bus will also be part of the Castle Street Market on Sundays 9th and 16th December.
