Our team will investigate fully any comment or complaint that requires a response. We'll do our best to get back to you within 10 working days. If it's going to take longer, we'll be in touch to let you know.
If your complaint or comment relates to a specific incident - for example, on a particular bus - please provide as much information as possible. Knowing all the details such as date, time of day, location, service, bus number and direction of travel will speed up our investigations. If you bought a ticket on the bus, the details will all be on there
