most buses will revert to their former routes, except for diversions at the West End.

The map below gives details of the reorganised routes and revised bus stop arrangements used by Lothian Buses.

RED ROUTE

19, 36, 37, 47, X47, N37 – Queensferry St, Melville St, Walker St, Shandwick Pl, Charlotte Sq (return via Charlotte Sq direct to Queensferry St), George St, Frederick St;
29 X29 – Howe St, Frederick St;
THEN all above buses to Princes Street.
   
     
DARK BLUE ROUTE
41 – Queensferry St, Melville St, Walker St, Shandwick Pl, Charlotte Sq (return via Charlotte Sq direct to Queensferry St), George St, Frederick St;
42 – Howe St, Frederick St;

67 – St. Andrew Square, Sth St. David St;

THEN all above buses via Princes St, Waverley Bridge, Market St, George IV Bridge.
   
     

GREEN ROUTE

23, 27 – Dundas St, Hanover St;
45 – York Pl, Nth St. David St, George St, Hanover St;
THEN all above buses via The Mound to George IV Bridge.
   
     
LIGHT BLUE ROUTE
3/3A, 4, 12, 25, 26, X26, 31, X31, 33, 44/44A, 48, X48, N3, N25, N26, N31, N44 & AIRLINK – Shandwick Pl, Charlotte Sq, Sth Charlotte St (return via Princes St to Shandwick Pl), to Princes St.
   
     

PURPLE ROUTE

1, 10, 11, 15/15A, 16, 22, 24, X25, 30, 34, N16, N22, N30 – Lothian Rd, Charlotte Sq, Sth Charlotte St (return via Princes St to Lothian Rd), to Princes St;
8 via York Pl, Nth & Sth St. David St, Princes St, North Bridge.
N8 via Leith St, Princes St, Lothian Rd, Bread St, West Port, Grassmarket, Candlemaker Row, Bristo Pl, Forrest Rd, George IV Bridge, Market St, Waverley Bridge, Princes St, Leith St.
